Now let me say for the record that I've been to the Blue and Gold, and while it is a fine place to drink beer, I'm not sure I'd say it's one of the best in the US let alone New York.

Participants can only cover themselves with the towel after they have taken off all their clothes otherwise they will forfeit any prize they have won.
